How do I log into my Google Apps account?

To access Google Apps you must first navigate to the Google Apps homepage at http://www.google.com/

Managing your new email

Once logged in to your Google Apps account, you have the ability to check email through the email menu item at any time you have an active internet connection. However, USA Rugby recommends that you configure one of its supported email clients with Gmail settings to ensure that all of your past, present, and future email data remains in one convenient location.

Note: If your USA Rugby email address simply forwards to a personal email account, no action is necessary.

Configure an E-mail Client

Use the following step by step instructions to configure your current email client with Gmail settings.

Configuring on Other Devices

One of the other benefits of USA Rugby’s migration to Gmail is the seamless syncing of your email to all of your devices. Use the following step by step instructions to configure your device with Gmail settings.

Don’t currently use an email client?

IMPORTANT: If you don’t currently use an email client to manage your email (i.e. you use Webmail to view your email) you will need to download and configure our recommended free email client, Thunderbird, to prevent all loss of previous emails.

Please use the following step-by-step instructions to download and configure Thunderbird.

Note: If you are currently using an email client as USA Rugby recommends, then you do not have to worry about loss of data and no action is necessary.
