Cheika returns to National Development Summit

LAFAYETTE, Colo. – After headlining the 2016 USA Rugby National Development Summit, Qantas Australia Wallabies Head Coach and 2015 World Rugby Coach of the Year Michael Cheika will return to American shores this weekend at the NDS in Baltimore.

Cheika provided presentations covering both technical and personal realms in San Francisco last year. Session topics included creating team culture, and he gave NDS attendees a world-class send-off with a keynote speech on growing up in Australia and his team’s exciting path to the Rugby World Cup 2015 Final not three months from match day.

The topic of Cheika’s presentation, scheduled for Saturday evening at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, is being finalized.

USA Rugby’s National Development Summit will be held Jan. 13-15. Exhibitors, featuring businesses in the industries of apparel, camps, tours, safety equipment, training consultation, university programs, and more, will be on display in the NDS Exhibit Hall, sponsored by Maryland Sports Commission.
